What's in my bag?

If you look at what's in your bag, you will know who you are and what you are thinking and what are you focusing in your life.
I wanna say I am mom and also wanna be busy artist.
What's in my bag?
  Of course, Diaper, wipe, extra clothes for Hannah, my pink cashmere cardigan, Hannah's blue cardigan, Hannah's snack ( cheese bunny, puff cookie), a bottle of water, pencils, pen, thin moleskin sketch book , Paul frank memo, mini planner ($2.99), Key, wallet, pouch, Sunglasses, IPad, old leica Digital camera and galaxy phone.

Lunch box

Since my hubby's school started, I made lunch box everyday.
For my convenience, sandwich for Mon, Wed, and Friday and korean style for Tues and Thursday.
Today, I made traditional Korean lunchbox.

KUROBANI
It means black rabbit.
I just mixed Japanese and English.
It is about my daughter. She has dark skin. In Korea, sometimes people say their children ' Bunny( Korean : TOKKI)' So I name it. It is living toon about my family life.
I only write Korean but I think about English version.

Eggplant Parmesan

I got a eggplant parmesan receipe and I tried. It was so so Good.

              1. went to the market and buy a fresh eggplant

 

             
             2. Slice eggplant

 

 

    3.Dip eggplant slices in flour( you can skip), egg, then in bread crumbs.

      4.In a large straight-sided skillet, pour the oil.
          Heat the oil over medium heat
               and deep fry the breaded eggplant.

       5.In a baking dish spread spaghetti sauce to cover the bottom.
          Place a layer of eggplant slices in the sauce.
          Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. 

       6, Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
          (350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
