Eggplant Parmesan

I got a eggplant parmesan receipe and I tried. It was so so Good.

              1. went to the market and buy a fresh eggplant

 
             
             2. Slice eggplant
 
 
    3.Dip eggplant slices in flour( you can skip), egg, then in bread crumbs.



      4.In a large straight-sided skillet, pour the oil.
          Heat the oil over medium heat
               and deep fry the breaded eggplant.



       5.In a baking dish spread spaghetti sauce to cover the bottom.
          Place a layer of eggplant slices in the sauce.
          Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. 


       6, Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
          (350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
